Learning From My Gaming Errors

I have been betting on the net or at land based gambling dens for a good many years. I have found out, the fixation usually will acquire a hold of you and you won’t even realize it up until you are bankrupt. Specifically if you are on a winning streak. I have gone through countless thousands of dollars in a very short period of time and even today, I can go a bit too far. It appears you are only having sum excitement up until you make a choice to contemplate your loss and the blame settles in, and then you continue advising yourself "I can gain the money back" ad infinitum. It never works. Then you get queasy in your gut and the harder you attempt the more rapidly you lose.

When you observe that you are in the black, STAY on the UP! When you start to squander, don’t convince yourself, "well only one more" a number of times, believe me, this tactic RARELY ever functions. Say you are betting on one armed bandits, keep a number separate prior to beginning your gambling. DO NOT exceed this restriction, regardless of how tempting. If you happen to win, put the winnings in a separate cup. Do not risk your profits at any cost. After you have wagered through your original set threshold, stop. Call it quits, regardless if it’s on the internet or in a real life gambling den, do not stick at the tables or machines. Always keep in mind, there will be other days, another time. Clearly, this technique usually will work for any game that you bet on, be it bingo, poker, electronic poker, keno, chemin de fer or any other game.

Remember, gambling is supposed to be exciting not backbreaking, nauseating work! If you aren’t enjoying yourself, you don’t belong at the casinos. If you can’t pay for the squanderings, don’t ever start.
